Use of the nursery

We are MAMA MATE corp. We are in charge of the nursery.
We are here to make sure that your children have a good time and that they are cared for with all our hearts.
We have implemented anti-virus measures to protect our customers and employees, so you can rest assured that your child is in safe hands.

Sitter Service terms of service

1.Drinks and food

There will be no pre-arrangements of food or drinks.
We ask users to bring their own snacks and drinks.

Please refrain from foods that may become choke hazards, such as candy, gum, gummies, jelly, etc.

2.If your child becomes ill on the day.

As a general rule, we cannot accept children who are ill the day of, even if applications were submitted beforehand.
(Such as children with fevers above their normal temperature, children who do not feel well, for cases in which we determine group nursery is not appropriate, etc.)

3.Medication

For children who require medication, we request parents to administer them at their own discretion.
As a general rule, nursery staff cannot administer medication.

4.Contact details

In case of emergencies, such as a sudden fever, we will contact guardians on their cellphone.
We ask that guardians respond as soon as possible.
Please ensure that you fill out the emergency contact for the day.

5.Extension of time and pick-up children

Please ensure that you arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up, as we do not accept requests for extension.
We also ask that the same person arrives for both drop-off and pick-up.
If a substitute is necessary for pick-up, please notify us when you check in. We may ask the substitute representative to submit personal identification.

6.Accidents caused by negligence

In the event of an accident in which liability resides with us,we will respond according to the scope of our affiliated compensation insurance plan, as stipulated by ACSA (All Japan Childcare Services Association).
However, please note that we cannot claim liability in cases of chronic illnesses held by your child, withheld information of your child’s condition, or accidents and calamities due to unpredictable circumstances out of our control. In the event that your child sustains injuries or an accident result in damaged property, we may take photos for the purpose of reporting to users and the company.
